My grandparents’ house had a line running right behind the house – I loved staying there! One of the Bed & Breakfasts I stayed at in Scotland also had the East Coast Main Line running behind the house and, each time a fast train came along, I leapt out of bed and had to look out of the window – just like a big kid! Luckily the bed was just under the window 🙂
