This guy was singing for some loving. Spring is in the air. It was a beautiful song. I heard him before I saw him.
He wasn’t as enamoured with me as I was with him. I snapped a quick photo and off he went.
Sometimes you get lucky. I hope the same for him.

Birdsong is amazing isn’t it! I never cease to wonder at the variety and the apparent skill of the birds producing it. I had a sparrowhawk on my garden wall this morning – as I have lots of small garden birds, I banged on the window and scared it off!
