I’d have spent the night out too if we’d got that – as it was we got nothing – zilch 😦 I was really annoyed as it was good weather but there was a layer of cloud at night. Apparently some folks in England saw them – further south than us which is unusual in itself. I was really disappointed – I kept going out every half hour or so. Your photos are truly beautiful – particularly like the first ‘angel’ one – really gorgeous!

It was hit or miss around here as well. A friend who lives in town kept going outside through the night didn’t see any as well. We got lucky the clouds parted where we were.

There were supposed to be some last night but I didn’t see any again despite going out a few times. After I’d been out a few times, I realised I could just go into my conservatory at the back of the house instead of keeping going up and down the road!

These photos are incredible! I know my iPhone 11 wasn’t able to capture photos anywhere near as good of the quality of the latest camera technology available, but I captured a brief hint of the solar storm at my end when the pink glow hovered around the world, and these photos you’ve produced are so soothing!
Moments like these remind me of how lucky and grateful all of us are to witness events like this that are or can be once-in-a-lifetime, and these photos you produced signify the beauty of the universe and galaxies that surround our solar system.
