A stellar day in any season. Above freezing. Reports have it the ice is thin.
Watched chickadees do their business. Sharpened the saw. Ran around town, wasting my time, to no avail.

they always say women love shopping – well I’m one who really, really hates it. It depresses me too! Partly the musak they play in the shops, partly spending money (I’m a Yorkshirewoman and we’re very parsimonious), partly because it’s tiring and, let’s face it – it is really, really boring!
